Human beings are an endangered species.

Animals all over the world are being threatened by society. It is not only the creatures that inhabit our planet that our going extinct as a result of our socialisation process, it is also our inner animal that is dying.  

We are losing touch with our intuitive nature in this civilised ‘domestication’ process, and many of us have not given ourselves time or space to feel who it is we truly are underneath the armour, masks, beliefs and stories we have inherited, and learnt along the way. 

We have lost touch with our primal nature. Our inner knowing.

And so, if we do not get to know our primal being, or unconditionally love who we truly are naked, how can we be expected to really love and nurture each other and the land we share?

Many of us struggle to take care of ourselves, and as a result our planet is a reflection of that. Whether thats balancing our mind, nourishing our bodies, allowing creativity to flow through in movement or in sound. We are ignoring our primal wisdom, and so it's difficult to hear, see, or the feel the other, or the land beneath our feet if we aren't able to first feel ourselves. 

Primal is a family of healers, spaces and human beings empowering ourselves to reconnect with our bodies natural tools and primal instincts to heal ourselves, so we can together, help heal the world.

Our goal is to build a road of healing wisdom through Portugal, making healing more accessible to Europe as many of those here do not have the luxury of time to travel far distances to receive care, or the funds to get there. We co-create with the international healing community, from distant corners of the world, and bring this wisdom closer to home in form of workshops, retreats, familia gatherings, innovation workshops.

Together, as a global community, we learn through sharing with one another, more and more how to act in a sustainable and regenerative way, with ourselves, with each other, with the world.
